Shipping Policy

We ship every piece with care. Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Orders shipped outside the EU do not include local duties or taxes. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that customs inspections may occasionally cause delays; this is beyond our control.

Verzendbeleid

We verzenden elk juweel met zorg. Bestellingen binnen Nederland worden gratis geleverd. Voor internationale bestellingen verschillen de verzendkosten per land.

Bestellingen buiten de EU worden verzonden zonder lokale invoerrechten of belastingen. Eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen, douanekosten en afhandelingskosten zijn voor rekening van de klant. Houd er rekening mee dat douanecontroles soms vertraging kunnen veroorzaken; dit ligt buiten onze invloed.
